By subscribing to the Pain free and strong Membership, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee of $39.
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled.

Pain free and strong provides educational content on fitness and exercise science. We strongly recommend that members consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.
3. Waiver of Liability
By subscribing to Pain free and strong, you acknowledge that any physical activity can carry a risk of injury. Pain free and strong and its instructors are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes resulting from participation in any program.
4. Subscription and Access
Your membership fee provides access to all available lessons and materials for the month. This fee is non-refundable. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled, and access will be revoked if payment is not received. No refunds will be provided for partially used membership periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Pain free and strong, including videos, guides, and lesson plans, is the intellectual property of Pain free and strong. And Marashlian, Inc. Members may not redistribute, share, or resell the content without written permission.
